Awesome services from the desk staff to my hygienist Nadine. She was soooo wonderful. Nadine was excellent asshe explained to me the types of whitening as it is something I was looking into. I ended up going with thetray based system of whitening kit. She did everything from explaining to preparing it and gave me very goodinstructions that saved me from reading too much. I left the office with a big smile due to the wonderfulservices I received. Definitely. I would recommend the 150 elgin dental office for their superb services.

a wonderful experience. the hygienist was lovely and listened to me when I mentioned my needle phobia.she relayed it to the dentist and he gave me the option to try without freezing because it was a smalland shallow cavity, but if I felt pain or discomfort to let him know and I'd get frozen. they were bothreally attentive and fast, and I didn't feel a thing. I was in and out in 15 minutes. thank you so much!

I went to your dental office on Sept. 10 for complete cleaning, Sept. 11 for fixing a chipped thoot and Sept. 16 fora laser treatment.
It was a perfect example from your office of "Team work". Camila did a perfect "reset" of my passed few months ofunsteady dental personal care. It gave me so much positive energy that I didn't miss a day after that cleaning totake care of my teeth. So on Sept. 16 Heather found very healthy gums instead of acute gingivitis....😁

Your doc looked like he was about 17 years old, but man, was he efficient and good. Gave me two needles to freeze meto death and then went digging like a coal miner under my crown where there was a cavity. I mean who gets cavitiesunder their crown - but me! Incredible! It's always a true pleasure to deal with Heather as my hygienist and I always look forward to the appointment. We've known eachother for quite some time and it's effortless to banter back and forth the way we do while she's doing her always extremelyprofessional and fantastic job cleaning my teeth.
Over the last few visits, she has finally gotten it through to my very stubborn thick skull of mine to make a concertedeffort to use the Sulca Brush. And guess what ... that's exactly what I've been doing on a regular basis (never could get intoflossing - I hate it) ever since and she has easily noticed the massive difference it is making with respect to my oralhygiene. No more leaving pints of blood all over the place after she cleans and the gums are way more sturdy and not inflamed.After years of ignoring Heather's sound dental advice, I've incorporated it into my daily routine. The sad thing about it is Ishould have done it years ago.

I had an awesome experience! And now I'm seriously considering switching dentists, which is not something I've done before.I especially liked the fact that during the procedure, the dentist and her assistant were quiet, unless they were dialoguing specifically about the procedure. This is a personal beef of mine, when adentist chats it up with their assistant about subjects that have nothing to do with the procedure; it has sometimes left me with a headache because two people are talking over you, while they areworking. But this wasn't the case at all with 150 Elgin Dental.Your receptionist Stephanie was also very warm, polite and friendly.

Was in this time for a cleaning with Heather. Saw Dr. Leftick. And was assisted by Nikkion the way out and for next appointment.
As always Heather was her charming self, encouraging me to watch out for those areas thatneed attention. Sharing her love of life and interests and dedication to her job. Thanksfor the encouragement and it has paid off! (But I didn't get my toothbrush!)
Dr. Leftick...Will miss this person very much...was his generous and humourous self. Lovethe stories and his human adventure stories of himself, family and the ones he loves. Itis truly hard to believe that he will not longer be there. I wish him all the best forthe next chapter of his life. It has been the best to have the privilidge to have him asmy dentist and friend over the years.

Brianna, the dental hygienist who provide me the cares is very good! She is able to answer all my questions. Shenna, who replaced Brianna on hermaternity leave was also providing me with excellent care.

I would like to say that I had a very good experience with the team at 150 Elgin Dental. First Ishowed up on the wrong day (my error) and the receptionists were very kind and didn’t laughat me. They offered to try and insert me later in the day but the schedule was already full. Ireturned the next morning (correct date/time) and the ladies at the front desk took care of mevery quickly. The dental hygienist that took care of my cleaning was very informative andprovided me with more information about my dental hygiene than anyone that I have dealt withbefore. I havehad some jaw surgery in the past as well as orthodontic work, and I usually don't love going to thedentist. The appointment I had last Friday was good - my wisdom tooth extraction took less than an hour, andeveryone was really friendly to me. Which was great, based on my hilarious mixup with myappointments.
I have to say that I'm a really big fan of the dental assistant who was in my appointment. She's been inalmost every appointment I've ever had and has taken really good care of me. I don't remember hername, but I'll make sure to ask next time I'm in.

Hello guys! I love your office. Brianna remembers me and talks to me like a person. She and Doctor Faycal always make me feel like a participant in my oral health because they teach me as they are going. I have an anxiety disorder and I am always put at ease by the manner of your staff. Kristin was pleasant, funny and capable during my gum measurements. The administrative team remembers me, it makes me feel very comfortable. You all must see 100s of patients and still you make the effort to have a personal connection with me. The dental work I have received has been of good quality and I have always felt welcome to come address issues, though I have only ever had one, and it was taken care of promptly and well. I feel that I'm respected, and given a choice, to choose weather I want sedation or not! concerning the various treatment situations I've been through in the office. I feel that I can agree to disagree, and there is no conflict with my final decisions. In a dental care providing team, it's very important to me to contribute towards my care and to have my provider team accept my decisions, even if it happens to be No!... Cynthia was able to explain the full head scan to me, giving me examples of why it would be a good idea to do this while looking at the result on the screen. I had an appointment at 8:00 a.m. and was about 20 minutes late due to road construction and traffic. It was not a problem. I was taken in right away to have Dr. Leftick have a look at Tooth 37. I had lost a crown and a filling on it about 10 days before. I had an X-Ray taken, and a photograph taken of the top of the tooth. Dr. Leftick indicated that the tooth had split and that it was a "Catastrophic Failure" which was an elegant way of saying that the tooth was done and had to be removed. And, from looking at the photograph, it was quite evident that the tooth could not be saved. I was given a needle and a temporary filling was put in until I could schedule an extraction. As usual, Dr. Leftick and his assistant were very pleasant and very professional and very efficient. And, I had a good discussion with Dr. Leftick about the implications of a straight extraction versus an extraction and a bone graft which would leave the door open for an implant in the future if I decided to have one put in. I am very pleased with my experiences at 150 Elgin Dental so far. All the staff have been helpful, efficient, welcoming, and very friendly. I found Dr. Faycal to be very meticulous in her exam of my mouth in the initial exam, and yesterday when I came for cavity fillings, she was really great with the freezing (which I am normally very scared of) in terms of it being fairly painless, quick, and she was comforting. She did a great job of my fillings, and the freezing actually wore off before the end of my workday, which was great, and it was pretty light to start with, so I could function normally at work after. I had a very nice visit to your office. I really liked my hygenist and give her 10/10! The best thing was that I didn't have to discuss xrays for the millionth time because I do not want xrays and this is always a fight at every appointment. I was sorry I did not get to see Norma (although I was advised in advance that this would be the case). I guess the dentist I had did his job because he found a cavity. I was in there on the 15th and then this past Thursday and the service is and always has been extremely good, from the receptionists, Dr. Faycal and the hygienists, as well. As well as Dr. Faycal's work and that of the hygienists, I especially appreciate the fact that the ladies who handle the appointments and the billing know what they are doing in so far as helping clients with their insurance coverage. Heather, was exceptional! I appreciated her approach of outlining what she was going to do and why it was important. Personally, it is great to have a sense of shared ownership. Her demeanor was friendly, engaging, and above all professional. Also appreciated getting insight into her aspirations for the future of dental-care; patient connectivity and giving back to the community. You could tell she loved what she is doing, but wants to give more. Any organization would be lucky to have someone who is inspired and inspiration, connected personally and professionally to their role, as she is. On a final note, I very much appreciate the changes that have been made to your practice. It’s lovely coming to your new location, but to see it also reflected in other ways that are equally important is refreshing. My only comment is that it would have been nice if the receptionist (or at least one of the ladies seated behind the desk) smiled and said good morning or hello when I arrived and approached the desk to check in. The lady nearest to the door almost seemed irritated to see me. Perhaps I was taking her away from her calling. A little friendliness goes a long way especially when we go to the dentist, which can be a bit of a stressful experience for some of us. There were many positives: •Greeted by name when I arrived •The change in my dental benefits was recognized immediately and my service plan altered accordingly •I appreciated the change to direct billing of the insurance company, leaving my liable only for the difference •Friendly service in a great new office •The digital xray was really impressive. The only negative was that I had to wait about 5 minutes after my appointment for Dr Faycal to come by and check out my teeth. Heather is the bomb! Slightly disappointed I won’t have her for my next appointment. Dr. Faycal was nice too. But mostly Heather was awesome. My last dentist had the worst office culture. Aside from the anxiety of just being at the dentist as a patient, it was made worse from the fact that everyone was walking on eggshells because of all the gossip and dumb corporate stuff people were caught up in. Also, the younger receptionist was awesome. She went above and beyond. She knew I worked at Shopify, so even though I didn’t have my insurance card on me, she was able to submit the paperwork with my employee ID #. She was funny and down to earth, which I appreciate. You have to remember that you’re patients spend the majority of their time with the hygienist and the receptionist, so when that experience is top notch, (friendly, genuine, etc.) it’s easier to think about your next dental appointment as a less anxiety inducing dilemma you want to put off. A great appointment, as always. I have been very lucky getting good traffic conditions in from Orleans, and in finding parking right in front of the new office. As always, Olivia and the reception crew have been friendly and personable. I appreciate the e-mail reminders and follow-ups. It is reassuring to meet with Dr. Leftick for a quick overview, and for more serious treatments when necessary. I appreciate the references to and communication with Endodontists and Periodontists. Donna's expertise is always evident. I enjoy the music that she plays while the treatment is underway. I am glad to her that my plaque levels are going down. She offers great tips re. brushing and flossing, and hopefully the results are evident. I work in Orleans, and it is often difficult to get downtown in time for the treatments, but over the years the high level of service at Bell Dental and 150 Elgin make the journey worth the effort. The personable and friendly ambience, the beautiful office, and the high level of professionalism shown by all staff at 150 Elgin set a very high standard for Dental and other professionals. Good morning! My experience was wonderful. Reception was polite and very nice. She answered all of my questions easily and made me feel very comfortable. I haven't been to a dentist in quite a long time so I was a bit nervous but everyone was very helpful. Sheena was my hygienist. She was thorough and very knowledgeable. "First of all, it was my initial appointment at your new, swanky premises. Let me congratulate all of you in the fantabulous upgrade. The things that stood out for me right off the bat were the much larger receptionist area and the much greater space you have to welcome clients. At the old place, we were sort of wedged in there like sardines. But this feels way more expansive and access to windows and the outside is very much appreciated. Overall, it creates a much better atmosphere. The improvement is like night and day. I also want to mention a special shout out to "receptionist 1" who I found out was Olivia. I had essentially forgotten about this appointment and she was spot on - as she usually is - to remind me a couple of times within the last week before my appointment that I was booked for cleaning. Had those reminders not been sent out, I would not have remembered. I know she's just doing her job, but, nevertheless, I want to point out how important and a crucial aspect of the process this really is and it is greatly appreciated. She gets super points for efficiency! I also want to mention Olivia is terrific dealing with clients when they first arrive at your premises. Her thorough professionalism, mixed in with her cheery banter and greeting are always welcome and immediately set the clients at ease. I know we have always gotten along well and it's always a treat for me to renew acquaintances with her. She's tremendous at her job - give her a raise. You can't afford to lose her! This was my first time dealing with Donna - one of your dental hygienists. Let me tell you getting my teeth cleaned by her was a tremendous experience. She was a true pro - very good at what she does and extremely personable- we chatted about everything under the sun while she was doing her superb work. She even made sure digging in the front teeth in the very sensitive areas was done with extra care and no pain - and that's not a dig at Heather, by the way. It;'s just that I have extremely sensitive front teeth. SHE ALSO GETS BONUS POINTS FROM ME FOR GIVING ME A TOUR OF YOUR NEW DIGS BEFORE WE STARTED. I was struck by how it appears each one of your actual work spaces is much larger than at the old place. The other thing that stood out for me is the entire place is much brighter and really well lit. Again, it just adds to the ambience of the experience. PLUS I really liked the fact I could look out the window and glance outside every once in awhile from Donna's work place. It was a much freeing feeling instead of that sometimes couped up feeling with no sense of anything else going on like the dental scenes in the extraordinary movie, BRAZIL. I'll be back in early January for some filling work and then I'll be able to properly assess Doc Leftik's work. Is it safe? I think I'd better stop quoting classic dental scenes in movies right now before I somehow live to regret them in real dental experiences. That's your stellar review!
